These Terms govern your use of Agorama, available at https://agorama.app, and the features offered on this website.
Agorama is operated by Anthony Lajusticia, a self-employed professional established in Spain and registered under the Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos, trading as Agorama. NIF: Z0570202Z. Business address: Calle de Alcalá 54, 4º izquierda, 28014 Madrid, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
Please also read our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
Agorama lets you read and understand political programs, compare proposals and, with an account, like proposals.
The features currently offered are free. Creating an account does not start a subscription or authorize any charge. Any future paid offering would have separate information and terms before you commit to it.
Agorama is an independent information service. It is neither an electoral authority nor an official party or candidate website. Including a program, person or link does not constitute political endorsement.
By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms. When creating an account, you are informed about these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to every data processing activity. Consent to features that store political opinions is requested separately.
You must have the legal capacity needed to use the features you access. If you are a minor, involve your legal representative where required. Do not use someone else’s account without permission.
Reading public information does not require an account. Some actions require a signed-in account and a verified email address.
Provide accurate information and an email address you control. You may use a pseudonym where the form allows it; do not impersonate a person, party or institution.
Protect your sign-in credentials, codes and emailed links. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, without excluding our responsibility for failures attributable to us.
Programs and proposals are presented for information and comparison. Summaries, categories, translations and groupings are reading aids: they may contain errors, omissions or interpretive choices. They do not replace original documents.
Positions may change and coverage of an election may be incomplete. Check the cited sources, their dates and our methodology. If there is a discrepancy, refer to the relevant official document.
To request a correction, identify the page, the disputed passage and, where possible, a verifiable source. We review requests without guaranteeing that every suggested change will be adopted.
Likes may reveal your political opinions. Storing them is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can continue reading programs without giving it.
A proposal’s like count is public; the list of people who liked it is not.
You can withdraw consent and delete your recorded opinions in settings. Account deletion also removes them.
You must not:
Lawful political criticism and statutory copyright exceptions remain permitted.
The Agorama trading name, logo, interface and original content we produce are protected by applicable rights. Access does not transfer ownership.
Programs, quotations, photographs, party logos and external documents remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated licenses. Availability on Agorama does not grant a general reuse license.
You may share page and result links through the features provided. Other reuse must respect applicable rights, source licenses and statutory exceptions. Do not distort quotations or remove their attribution.
We may develop features or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability or complete freedom from errors.
We may restrict an account or shared result for a breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal obligation. Measures must be proportionate. Unless urgency, a legal restriction or a risk to a security investigation prevents it, we explain the reason and you may request a review by email.
You may request account deletion in your account area or contact us for help. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled afterwards.
Links to programs, media or other websites lead to services operated by third parties under their own terms.
We take reasonable steps to provide a reliable service and correct reported errors. Your political choices remain your own, and you are responsible for how you interpret and use the information.
Our liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or breaches of our data protection obligations.
The service is operated from Spain. Spanish law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections available to you, including consumer protections in your country of residence.
You may send a complaint to [email protected]. You may seek an informal resolution without limiting your right to approach a competent authority or court. You are not required to use a Madrid court where applicable rules entitle you to use another court.
The date above identifies this version. For material changes, we will notify you through a website notice or, where appropriate, email before they apply, except where legal or security needs require otherwise. Changes do not apply retroactively.
A new purpose requiring your consent will not be authorized solely by changing these Terms or by your continued browsing.
